Keith Pittman is in his seventh season with MTXE. This will be Coach Pittman’s first season coaching the 6th grade team after spending the other six seasons with the 7th and 8th grade teams. Coach Pittman enjoys teaching the younger teams how to play faster and harder than they ever have before.
Coach Pittman is joined at the games by his beautiful sidekick Heather who you’ll find decked out in the latest MTXE gear.
6th Grade (12U)
Coach Shemar Etienne
Coach Etienne enters his first season coaching at MTXE. He brings amazing passion and knowledge to the program. He will be a great asset to the boys.
7th Grade (13U)
Coach Will Cloyd
Will Cloyd is in his seventh year with MTXE and his seventh year coaching AAU basketball overall. Coach Cloyd spent his first three years coaching the 6th grade MTXE team and enjoys developing young talent, watching teams come together, and gain chemistry over the season. In the 2019 season, Cloyd’s 6th grade team advanced out of pool play in every Georgia Cup Tournament they played and finished runner up in the Annual Halftime Sports Mother’s Day Tournament. Coach Cloyd hopes to continue helping young players grow and reach their potential as well as experience success both on and off the court.
8th Grade (14U)
Coach Bill Hayes
Bill enters his second season with MTXE after assisting Coach Pittman with the 7th grade MTXE team in 2023.
Coach Hayes is excited to help the 8th grade boys further develop the skills necessary for success at the high school level, on and off the court.
